​Since the inception of his Stage 4 prostate cancer diagnosis, Tom was under the dedicated care of Dr. Dana E. Rathkopf. From the start, she worked tirelessly alongside him, offering various treatment options and exploring clinical trials to ensure he received the best possible care. Although the cancer ultimately won that battle, we continue to support Dr. Rathkopf in her fight against cancer. As the Chair of MSK's Research Council, she is committed to groundbreaking research focused on identifying biomarkers in prostate cancer and developing innovative drug regimens for high-risk and advanced cases. At StrongLikeTom, all our fundraising efforts and donations to prostate cancer research go toward supporting Dr. Rathkopf's vital research, aiming to improve outcomes for patients like Tom.
